Jean Kinley Posted on October 22, 2015 0 Jean Edward Kinley, of Upper Sandusky, died at 8:33 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015 at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 91. Arrangements are pending at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home.
