Jeffrey Moses Posted on June 23, 2023 0 ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — Jeffrey “Jeff” Lee Moses, 64, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2023, peacefully surrounded by his family at his side at his home. He was a resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming, for 44 years and former resident of Upper Sandusky. He died following a courageous battle with cancer. Cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be conducted at 3 p.m. July 1 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No.151, 211 B St., Rock Springs, WY 82901.
