Jo Ellen Dunlap Posted on July 10, 2019 0 Jo Ellen Dunlap SYCAMORE — Jo Ellen Dunlap, age 63, of 111 Benton St., Sycamore, died at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. A memorial service for Jo is 1 p.m. Sunday at Sycamore United Methodist Church with Pastor Kristen Buchs officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. A luncheon will be served after the memorial service at 2 p.m. at the Sycamore American Legion Post No. 250.
