Kibler, age 79, of Upper Sandusky, and formerly of Nevada, passed away at 4:51 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, at Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care in Upper Sandusky. Memorial services for John E. Kibler will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Nevada United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Smithey officiating.
