Joseph F. Ruffing Posted on August 20, 2018 0 CAREY — Joseph F. Ruffing, of Carey, died at 9:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2018, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 91. A private family graveside service will be at a later date at Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey, with the Rev. Tom Merrill, OFM Conv., officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Consolation Church and sent to Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey, OH 43316.
