Joseph R. Nocera Posted on July 12, 2016 0 Joseph R. Nocera, of Upper Sandusky, died Monday, July 11, 2016 at his residence. He was 89. A Mass of Christian burial is at 11 a.m. Thursday at Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church. Visitation is from 2:15-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bringman Clark Funeral Home, where a Catholic prayer service will begin at 2 p.m. A complete obituary will appear in Wednesday’s edition of The Daily Chief-Union.
