Leonard E. Phillips Posted on July 25, 2016 0 CAREY — Leonard E. Phillips, of rural Fostoria, died at 9:34 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016 in the emergency room in Mercy Tiffin Hospital. He was 62. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, with the Rev. Robert Chew officiating. A private graveside service will be at a later date at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria. Visitation is from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Seneca County Humane Society or Galilean Children’s Ministries in care of Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey OH 43316.
