Lester H. Morter Posted on October 31, 2016 0 SYCAMORE — Lester H. Morter, of rural Tiffin, died at 9:48 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, 2016 at home. He was 85. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Melmore UMC with the Rev. Jane-Ann Clarke officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Creek Cemetery, Seneca County. Visitation is from 1-4 and 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, and from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Independent Order of Oddfellows Lodge No. 174 will conduct a service at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Melmore United Methodist Church or an organization of the donor’s choice in care of Walton-Moore Funeral Home, PO Box 350, Sycamore OH 44882.
