Leta M. Forney Posted on October 17, 2018 0 Leta M. Forney Leta M. Forney, 90, of Forest, passed away at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, at the Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky. Funeral services for Leta M. Forney will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Pastor Thomas Dearth and Pastor Chris Ewing officiating. Burial will follow at Hueston Cemetery. Visitations will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to County Line Church of the Brethren or the Forest EMS and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio, 43351.
