Fehnel, formerly of Forest and more recently of Kenton, died at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 84. A funeral is at 12 p.m. Friday at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest, with the Rev. Cynthia Morrison officiating. Burial will follow at Hueston Cemetery. Visitation is from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Mona R. Fehnel Memorial Fund in care of Clark Shields, 301 S. Patterson St., Forest OH 45843.
