Obit Jocelyn Risley Posted on August 30, 2021 0 SYCAMORE — Jocelyn “Jolly” Risley, age 83, went home to Jesus at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021, at the Inn at Westbrook, in Upper Sandusky, surrounded by her loving family. A private family graveside service was held Saturday at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, with the Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating.
