Obit Joyce Pagnard Posted on October 4, 2021 0 Joyce Pagnard Joyce M. Pagnard, age 94, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at 8:52 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at home with her family. A memorial service for Joyce Pagnard is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, and will be officiated by the Rev. Jim Stauffer. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery. Visitation for Joyce is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. There also is an Emblem Club Memorial Service at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions for Joyce Pagnard may be made to Trinity Evangelical UMC or to a charity of the donor’s choice and can be sent to Lucas-Batton at 476 S.
