Peggy Risner Posted on May 3, 2023 0 CAREY — Peggy J. Risner died peacefully in her sleep Saturday, April 29, 2023, at St. Catherine’s Manor of Fostoria. She was 90. Services honoring her life will be held at her graveside 1 p.m. Saturday in Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey, with chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating. Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home of Carey is honored to serve Peggy’s family.
