FOREST — Perry G. Kalb, of Forest, died Friday, April 17, 2020, at his residence. He was 85.

A graveside service was held at 11:30 a.m. today at Jackson Center Cemetery with the Rev. Hebert Wright officiating, with arrangments being handled by Clark Shields Funeral Home.
