Polly “Paula” Anna Weatherholtz

Polly “Paula” Anna Weatherholtz, of Upper Sandusky, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at Marion General Hospital. She was 68.

The funeral is 6 p.m. Friday at Bringman Clark Funeral Home.

An Order of Eastern Star No. 366 memorial service will be held at that time.

Visitation is 3-6 p.m. Friday before the services at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Polly Anna Weatherholtz Memorial Fund in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
