Ray E. Musgrave Posted on October 2, 2019 0 FOREST — Ray E. Musgrave, of Forest, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was 80. A funeral service is 10 a.m. Friday in the Clark Shields Funeral Home with the Rev. Denny Livingston officiating. Interment will follow at Hueston Cemetery. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Forest Jackson Fire Department in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S.
