Regina Cook Posted on August 10, 2016 0 CAREY — Regina A. Cook, formerly of Vanlue, died at 9:22 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2016 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green. She was 77. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday at Vanlue UMC with the Revs. David Noels and Carol Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Van Horn Cemetery, Vanlue. Visitation is from 2-7:30 p.m. Thursday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
