Visitation hours are from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 20, 2017, with a memorial service at noon at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge VA 22192. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Woodbridge, Virginia. Mr. Niederkohr was a Vietnam veteran, having served 27 1/2 years in the United States Army. Mr. Niederkohr served his country for 16 more years as a civilian employee.
