Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Clark-Shields Funeral Home. A funeral service is 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Doug Pummell officiating. Interment will follow at Hueston Cemetery, Forest. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St., Forest, OH 45843.
