Funeral services for Rosemary Harmon are 2 p.m. Monday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Brian Arnold officiating. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky. Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot County Home Health or VFW Post No. 2842 and may be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
