Visitation for Ruth Ann Scott is 3-5 p.m. Nov. 8 at Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Following visitation, there will be a memorial service at the funeral home. The family will host a dinner in the reception room of Lucas-Batton Funeral Home immediately following the services.
