Dunlap, age 71, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2018, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. A celebration of life service for Shirley Dunlap is noon Saturday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating. Burial will be at Farewell Retreat Cemetery, Scipio Township in Seneca County, and will be held at a later date. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wyandot County or the scholarship fund at Wyandot Memorial Hospital and may be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S.
