Wilbur L. Hensel Posted on August 24, 2020 0 Wilbur L. Hensel, of Upper Sandusky, died at 10:15 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Upper Sandusky. He was 95. Arrangements are pending with Lucas-Batton Funeral Home.
