William Ray Cramer Posted on May 22, 2017 0 William Ray Cramer William Ray Cramer of rural Nevada died at 5:55 a.m. Friday, May 19, 2017 at Fairhaven Community, Upper Sandusky. He was 78. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. James Stauffer officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery, where military graveside rites will be conducted. Visitation is from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A Masonic service is at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Special Olympics Ohio, Marion Area Humane Society or Browning Masonic Community and may be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
