The inning came with the game tied at 1. The Rams (11-5) got two runs back in the sixth inning but got no closer. Justin Heilman drew a two-out walk in the seventh, but Kaden Holman flew out to center field to end it. Ethan Hill doubled, singled and drove in a run for Upper Sandusky. Holman had a single and an RBI. Evan Hinesman and Josh Heilman both singled and scored runs. Josh Heilman (4-2) took the loss, giving up two earned runs on three hits and a walk. Kaleb Francis allowed two unearned runs on two hits and a walk with two strikeouts in two innings. Jacob Halter walked one in one inning. Landon Winters doubled, singled and scored two runs for the Division I Yellow Jackets (14-5). Tyler Palmer added two hits. Aaron Banks was the winning pitcher, giving up one earned run on three hits and one walk with four strikeouts. Upper Sandusky hosts Bucyrus at 5 p.m. today.
