Sign-ups set for Feb. 25 Posted on February 18, 2017 0 SYCAMORE — Mohawk summer league baseball and softball sign-ups are 9-11:30 a.m. Feb. 25 and March 4 in the Mohawk High School cafeteria. Forms will be available in the elementary school office for those unable to attend. Player information and fees must be turned in by March 4. The cost is $35 for one player, $65 for two players or $90 for three or more players. The cost for all boys junior pony league players is $40. All fees must be paid at the time of sign-up. Anyone signing up after March 15 will be charged a $10 late fee. Emergency medial forms need to be completed and turned in at the time of sign-up. Information needed includes child’s name, address, phone number, date of birth, shirt size, doctor name and phone number, dentist name and phone number, preferred hospital name and phone number and the emergency contact of another adult.
